Soft, cozy, ultra-wearable—we’re talking about your favorite tee, that flattering and versatile thing you’re not sure how you could live without. But we could very well be describing every piece sold by über tee maven Lilla P. Pauline Nakios plugged into our deep love of the iconic T-shirt when she founded the brand in 1998, and it’s become a go-to for high-quality iterations of the perfect tee in all its forms (tanks, scoopnecks, raglan-sleeved cardigans, turtlenecks, you name it). Nakios has also incorporated the same drapey fabrics into pieces we’re mad for—like fabulous pima cotton fold-over skirts and super-flattering tank dresses.

Starting July 30th, we’ll be giving away 3 gift certificates worth $250 each at Lilla P’s comprehensive e-shop. Stay tuned for info on how to win!

In the meantime, score 20 percent at Lilla P. Find out how by clicking here.

As strange as it may sound, my favorite beauty product is Mama Bee Belly Butter made by Burt’s Bees. My grandma accidentally purchased a “mother and child” type gift set for me, although I am in no way pregnant, so I decided I would try to use the Belly Butter product on my “dryish” skin. It was amazing- and worked so much better than any other body butter or lotion! I’m almost out so, until a new one comes, I am wiping the inside of the jar for more!

I’ve tried out a whole series of anti-aging face/eye creams, and forked out more cash than I’m willing to admit in the hope that they’ll reverse sun damage and keep me looking young for as long as possible. But I’ve always got a niggling doubt that I’m being conned and that these are just over-priced moisturizer. In late March of this year, British scientists released results from an independent study on Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect cream demonstrating that they work just as well as effective creams only available by doctor’s prescription. The day after the results were publicized, the creams sold out all over the UK! You can buy them quite easily here in the US, they’re not nearly as expensive as Clarins or other high end creams, and they’ve been scientifically proven to work. I’ve ordered some online and am waiting impatiently for them to arrive!

I used to spend tons of money on dept store facial care products, but switched to drugstore Aveeno years ago and love it!! I used the daily scrub cleanser (which has the perfect amount of exfoliation), the SPF30 moisturizing cream and the Positively Ageless night cream.

The one thing I recently discovered that’s not in the Aveeno family is Dr. Wexler’s Skin Regeneration serum. It has noticeably tightened my pores and brightened my complexion

I’m obsessed with Fekkai color care shampoo and conditioners (the pink line). The smell is the perfect mix between sweet and soapy clean, and the conditioner gets out the tangles better than any other. I first tried the Fekkai products when my boyfriend and I stayed at the Ritz on Central Park South for our anniversary. Although they are currently sold at Sephora, department stores, and Ricky’s, I still buy my pink Fekkai products in the gift shop at the Ritz!

I have so many tubes of Kiehl’s Baby Lip Balm that I find them in totally random nooks and crannies now, and each time I react like I’ve just found a $20. I am allergic to just about any other lip product out there and this is the only one that I not only tolerate but looove. I tried to “grow up” and once bought the adult Kiehl’s lip balm, but it wasn’t the same so I’m sticking with the baby version.

So, this is not cheap, but by gum it is amazing, and 2 pumps a day from the big bottle means it lasts a very long time: Shu Uemera’s Cleansing Oil. i use the green bottle - i’m not sure which variety it is, but i do know that it feels great going on and washes right off with no residue. it is some sort of weird chemical reaction - as soon as water hits the oil, it changes into something a little bit emulsified or something and just rinses right off. i know it sounds odd to clean your face with oil, but it means that your skin doesn’t ever get dry, and i think it is actually is really calming for your skin not to be attacked by soaps and suds.
